I get more from one of Byron’s teachings and study guides than going to church for 6 months straight. He dives deeper into the Word and supports everything he teaches with Scripture. The study guide Spirit, Soul, & Body, has helped me identify and remove the incorrect doctrine I was taught growing up. I’ve attended several churches in my life, where pastors give what appears to be their opinion and rarely support any of it with the Scripture. You cannot renew your mind based on someone’s agenda, opinion, or wrong doctrine; transformation only comes from the truth of God’s Word.

Through Byron’s teaching, I was able to see the Bible through a new lens. I grew up in a very traditional church setting and was taught what to believe. Through the study guide Merging the Gospels, I have learned how to dig into God’s Word in ways I hadn’t before. Byron has an amazing ability to connect Scripture and bring understanding and life to the Word.

We have been attending Byron’s Bible studies as a staff for the past four years. My personal faith and knowledge of biblical truths and principles have grown so much over this time! I have been a Christian since childhood and have always felt a closeness with the Lord, but going through these studies has changed how I apply my faith. We have studied Understanding Effective Prayer, Kingdom Finances, Proverbs to Live By, and are currently working through Spirit, Soul, and Body. I am so thankful for these discipleship studies. They have changed my life!

The Reformation of Church Leadership should be required reading for anyone who feels called into ministry. It is a textbook for what biblical, functional, God-given leadership should look like in a New Testament church. What I love is the more than 600 Scriptures that support the content of this book. This book is a labor of love and has been practically fleshed out through Byron’s life and experience. He really defines the wineskin structure that is essential today to hold the new wine that God is pouring out on his end-time bride.

I was saved at a very young age in a Baptist Church in Southern Louisiana. And like many others, I stepped away from God and jumped in the “stupid pool” for many years. I thought that God would never want me back, but after studying Wow! What Just Happened to Me?, I discovered not only did He want me back, but He had never left me in the first place. It was my own condemnation that was keeping me away from Him!

I didn’t know there was such an experience as the baptism in the Holy Spirit. I learned about it in this study guide and all the Scriptures that support it. I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and I can tell you that it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Byron’s teachings have taught me a lot about the Bible, God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and myself. It is like being saved all over again and I love it!
